Conspiracy to Defraud
SG appeared at Inner London Crown Court accused of a conspiracy to carry out probate fraud. At trial Quentin tactically chose not to challenge the prosecution case and SG chose not to give evidence. Quentin was then able to make a speech criticising the case for the prosecution which saw the jury unanimously acquit SG after only 45 minutes deliberation.
