Quentin appeared at the Woolwich Crown Court in a case that went to trial involving a breach of the Construction Design and Management Regulations 2007 involving a excavation collapse at a building site in Lewisham which resulted in a fatality to one of the workmen. Following a long trial the jury unanimously sided with Quentin’s case giving a rare victory in a field that does not usually come to a contested trial.
