Multi Million Pound Fraud Success
Quentin, in conjunction with Nigel Lithman QC, Chairman of the Criminal Bar Association represented GK, an accountant who stood accused of being a participant in a huge fraud upon a multi-national property conglomerate. The amount lost was said to be in excess of £6 Million. Following submissions by the defence team that the defendant was unable to receive a fair trial the jury were discharged from reaching a verdict against GK due to failures during the disclosure process.
