Can I get someone else to take my penalty points?
NO!! This is a serious criminal offence- perverting the course of justice. The starting point for this offence is a sentence of imprisonment even for someone who has never been in trouble with the law before. Also getting someone to go along with a plan to take your penalty points put them in as much trouble as you as you will be involved in a conspiracy with them, the likely sentence is that you will both go to prison. Do not risk it.
