SH, an Asian male of good character was accused along with 17 others of being part of ‘Operation Bromelia’ a well publicised investigation into an alleged ‘ring’ of Asian males accused of sexual offences committed against young women in the Coventry area, this matter has been well publicised making the front page of the Daily Mail and Daily Mirror newspapers and being extensively covered within all other media outlets. Mr Hunt’s client SH was accused of Sexual Assault against a 16 year old female on two occasions. During a two week trial at the Crown Court in Warwick Mr Hunt ruthlessly uncovered the inconsistencies and lies within the prosecution case and as a result the jury took only one hour to deliver a unanimous Not Guilty verdict in respect of Mr Hunt’s client.
