Guilty plea vacation success
Quentin represented AB before the Snaresbrook Crown Court in respect of an application to vacate a guilty plea. The application formed a two day hearing in which AB’s previous barrister was called to give evidence and was cross examined by Quentin.
Following evidence and legal submissions the judge granted AB’s application and he was allowed to change his guilty plea to one of not guilty and a trial was fixed for later in the year.
