Quentin was contacted by Mr JH, a gentleman who found himself under investigation by the Surrey and Sussex Police economic crime unit in respect of allegations of money laundering under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. As a result of the investigation, HSBC had revoked his access to all his business and personal bank accounts.
